Ms. Tsai is MSD’s Chief Financial Officer. She joined MSD in 2002 as its Tax Director and was promoted to CFO in 2009. She became a Partner of MSD in January 2012. From 1999 to 2002, Mei-Ying served as the CFO of Fletcher Asset Management Inc. Prior to that, she was a Tax Partner in the Financial Services Group at Goldstein Golub Kessler, LLP, where she worked for over eight years. Mei-Ying is a CPA licensed in New York. She received an M.S. in Taxation from Pace University and graduated magna cum laude from Queens College of the City University of New York with a B.A. in Accounting and Economics.
